As a Direct Support Professional at Seven Hills Foundation, you will play a vital role in promoting the empowerment of individuals with significant challenges. Our mission is to encourage and support each person to pursue their highest possible degree of personal well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to program participants, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Teach and promote independence in household maintenance, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and budgeting.
  • Transport individuals to appointments and provide accompaniment, using personal and agency vehicles.
  • Administer medications in accordance with residential guidelines.
  • Document accurate information and follow support plans, including behavior plans.
