Job Summary

WellLife Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring each person receives the appropriate range of services and level of care.
  • Coordinate evacuation and ensure safety in emergency situations, including fire drills.
  • Administer medication and monitor self-administration, documenting electronic records as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and individuals served, ensuring seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of caring and best practices, driving innovation and high return on investment.
