Senior Direct Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Direct Support Professional to join our team at Evidence-Based Associates. As a Senior Direct Support Professional, you will work with children and adolescents in our community residence, providing supervision, care, and skill-building related to their individual service and treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide therapeutic support, trauma-informed care, and supervision to youth in our community residence
* Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each youth
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of youth progress and services provided
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
* Experience working with youth in a residential or community-based setting
* Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care
