    • The Vice President of Operations is responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership, and organizational management to St. Luke's Corporation (SLC), overseeing its clinical service divisions, departments, and operational functions. The Vice President actively participates in and is accountable for the leadership and management of designated functions under the guidance of the President, serving as an acting leader in the President's absence.
  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education: A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
    • Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, ideally within a comprehensive care environment.

    • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to deadlines. Proficient in Ambulatory Care scheduling, registration, reimbursement, billing, and documentation. Skilled in using PCs, Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Excellent communication skills, teaching abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. This role may require occasional travel, including overnight and weekend commitments, to fulfill job responsibilities.
    • READING SKILLS - Advanced: Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents. Able to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
    • WRITING SKILLS - Advanced: Proficient in writing speeches and articles for publication that adhere to established style and format.
