Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage tables, communicate with guests, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Upsell and promote menu items, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of our offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
