At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're more than just a bakery - we're a team of passionate individuals dedicated to spreading joy and making every celebration sweeter. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prompt and Friendly Service: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, determining their interests and needs to create a superior guest experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of our cake distinction, size, and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complementary retail merchandise.
  • Merchandise Suggestions: Suggest additional merchandise, such as balloons, candles, and cards, to complete unique celebrations.
  • Order Processing: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system and invite guests to join our Email Club for special promotions.
  • Bakery Presentation: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Restocking and Assisting: Restock retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation and assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
