Sales Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Center Representative to join our team in Horizon Distributors, Inc.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading distributor of landscape and irrigation products, serving the needs of professional landscape contractors across the US.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Engage Customers: Welcome walk-in and phone customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their challenges.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service, utilizing all company resources to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Sell and Upsell Products: Recommend product solutions, upsell options, and complimentary items to make customers' jobs easier and more profitable.
- Resolve Customer Complaints: Professionally address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Strong Customer Service Attitude: Provide exceptional service to customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Self-Motivated and Detail-Oriented Personality: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly communicate through spoken and written words, think critically to identify solutions to problems, and ask questions as appropriate.
- Good Computer and Record-Keeping Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, programs, and processes to manage sales center operations efficiently.
