**Job Overview:**

HNTB is a century-old infrastructure leader seeking an exceptional Senior Construction Project Leader to spearhead our construction management projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in overseeing high-profile projects from initiation to delivery.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Project Delivery: Successfully manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality results.
  • Tech Disciplines: Perform technical discipline tasks, including constructability, schedule, and estimate reviews, to ensure project feasibility and success.
  • Subconsultant Management: Oversee subconsultant contracts and work performance, fostering collaboration and minimizing risks.
  • Sophisticated Sales Approach: Implement and execute HNTB's Sophisticated Sales Approach, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control and assist in resolving construction issues promptly.
  • Client Representation: Represent HNTB with clients, contractors, public agencies, and regulatory bodies, maintaining excellent relationships and reputation.
  • Staff Supervision: Responsible for hiring, supervising, mentoring, developing, and evaluating staff, promoting career growth and employee satisfaction.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a strong background in alternative delivery projects (GC/CM, Design-Build).
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, management, and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Masters' degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
