T-Mobile Business Development Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and drive strategic partnerships and new business relationships.
  • Negotiate and implement contracts with these partnerships.
  • Lead the evolution of partnerships and new business relationships.
  • Scout, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Guide senior-level relationships with internal customers and key players in the mobile industry.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in sectors vital to T-Mobile's core strategy.
  • Provide strategic analysis and guidance for various sectors and domains.
  • Formulate recommendations and lead reviews of new opportunities, technologies, business models, etc., to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales with financial/economic analysis in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial analysis skills are imperative, and excellent working ability in Excel is needed.
  • Presentation skills are imperative, and an excellent knowledge of PowerPoint is needed.
