We are seeking an experienced Client Success Partner to join our Global Client Success Partnership team at Fuel50. This team provides deep value to our clients, ensuring talent management initiatives leveraging our platform have demonstrable long-term client and employee value, business impact, and continue to support client organizations' business and HR Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Own a portfolio of clients, building deep and broad relationships with each client to ensure they are informed, inspired, and successful in their use of our platform.
- Actively seek evidence of client success by supporting clients to track ROI such as impacts on internal mobility, retention, and reskilling, DEI&B initiatives, and employee engagement and happiness.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across Fuel50 to deliver additional client value through their expertise.
- Build profitable client relationships, track and drive customer renewals, expansions, and organic growth.
- Partner with sales for client expansion and support the sales team in showcasing account management support available.
- 5+ years of SaaS client success experience, delivering amazing value to clients and navigating complex client requirements with ease.
- Deep understanding of Talent Management, with the ability to uncover and articulate client needs, engage in topical dialogues with client stakeholders, and deliver insight and value to the partnership.
- Proven expertise dealing with enterprise customers, ideally with a customer base of 10,000+ staff.
- Highly relationship-focused, able to have strategic business conversations with senior HR influencers.
- Collaborative and team-focused, with a strong ability to support and help colleagues and build internal relationships cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with Client Success tools, standard practices, and effective management of our CRM.
- A strong personal brand and a well-respected reputation in the industry.
- A strong work ethic and motivation around continuous personal growth.
- Based anywhere in the US with some flexibility around hours to accommodate our global offices.
