  1. Sales Process Management

Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring that all requirements and expectations are met.

Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders.


  1. Project Coordination

Gather and provide accurate and detailed information to the installation team, ensuring that all necessary documentation and materials are available.

Ensure a comprehensive scope of work document is prepared and communicated for each project, outlining all tasks, timelines, and expectations.

Collect and organize pictures of the project site before, during, and after the remodeling/refacing process for documentation and client updates.


  1. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, ensuring that all client needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as necessary.


  1. Collaboration

Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met, and that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or kitchen remodeling/refacing industry.

Strong understanding of the kitchen remodeling and refacing process and products, including design, installation, and customer service.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential, based on sales performance and achievement of sales targets.

High commission rates based on sales performance, with opportunities for performance bonuses and incentives.
