About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team at Codeium. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, close, and expand net new logos within a given territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
  • Research and understand business objectives of customers and perform value-driven sales cycles
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric-based approach
  • Provide timely and insightful input to other corporate functions
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based on a data-driven approach
  • Run tight POVs based on business success criteria
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales closing role with 6+ quarters of demonstrated success
  • Ability to learn and become an expert quickly on our product and how prospects/customers use AI code generation to have real, quantifiable impacts on their business
  • Team player with a strong preference for familiarity with AI-powered developer tools
  • Self-starter with a hunger to dream up, plan, and execute tasks independently
