About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team as we expand into the mid to enterprise market. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our Business Development Representative (BDR) partner to generate new pipeline, research prospective customers, and identify upsell opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer business objectives and present custom solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will be accountable for exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, forecasting accuracy, and closing deals in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and customer success through the attainment of assigned sales quotas
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and goals
  • Match customer requirements to ROLLER solutions and articulate the value and benefits
  • Develop and present custom sales presentations and demonstrations to client needs
  • Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Negotiate client pricing requirements and concessions
  • Align internal ROLLER teams and resources with key customer stakeholders
  • Develop strategic and tactical execution plans to ensure success in assigned territory
About You
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related fields
  • You are based in Austin, Texas, and are open to a hybrid working environment
  • You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in closing sales functions, with SaaS experience highly desirable
  • You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills
  • You are a problem solver with a strong business aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships
  • You are technologically savvy with an ability to learn and demonstrate new technology quickly
