Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-level technical assistance to staff through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related challenges.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including workstation and user account setup.
  • Document and manage support requests using the designated ticketing system.
  • Refer complex issues to advanced support or specialized teams as needed.
  • Oversee inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Offer training and guidance to users regarding best practices and IT policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
  • Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiar with standard office software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Customer service-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
