Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Human Services Professional to fill the position of Disability Assessment Specialist at 1st Choice, LLC. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and experience to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New York.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearThe successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a human services field, experience conducting assessments, adapting interviewing techniques, and working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and implement assessment plans that meet individual needs and priorities.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assessments, meeting productivity goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
