Intellectual and Developmental Disability Care Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at YAI. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical support and oversight to our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage medications and provide medical oversight to our clients
- Train and oversee direct care staff
- Document medical appointments and issues
- Inform care managers and parents of medical changes
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
Desirable Qualifications
- Med/Surg experience
- Experience working with intellectually and developmentally disabled populations
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $85,000-95,000 annually, based on education and experience. Additional benefits include:
