Job Summary

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator/QIDP to work in our Dickson-Goodman ICF residence in Manhattan. The estimated salary for this position is $60,300 per year based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the training and habilitation program of assigned residents with residential staff, educational and vocational rehabilitation programs, and other needed services.
  • Generate Needs/Capabilities lists annually, with updates as needed, ensuring each assigned client has an activity schedule, ongoing continuous active treatment, and implementation of an activity schedule.
  • Serve as a resident advocate in areas related to cleanliness, ensuring adequate clothing, personalized and clean bedrooms, toiletries, etc.
  • Complete reviews of each assigned resident's individual treatment plan by summarizing progress or need for program modification as supported by concrete, measurable data obtained by direct care staff.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a human services-related field. Must have a basic knowledge of all clinical areas that comprise the interdisciplinary team for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, good writing ability, and the ability to deal tactfully, professionally, and effectively with residents, personnel, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public are required.
