About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Assembled. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with high-potential companies.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level businesses.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of Assembled's workforce management platform to prospective customers.
  • Run effective sales processes from start to finish, including demos, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Engineering, to share feedback and insights from customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our sales philosophy, playbook, and processes.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of closing experience working with customers, ideally with a SaaS product.
  • High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to learn Assembled's technical product and effectively communicate its value to potential customers.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong Salesforce hygiene with experience building pipeline from various sources.
What We Offer
  • Estimated on-target earnings of $200,000, with a base salary of $100,000.
