Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our comprehensive range of banking products and services, including digital offerings, to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Communication: Effectively engage with customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital platforms, to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing creative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of banking products and services.
