Job Description

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance to help them make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Provide a consistent, exceptional client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless client service.
  • Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
  • Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products and services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies.
  • Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
