About the Role:

The Financial Representative is a key member of our team at Western & Southern Life, responsible for meeting the financial needs of our middle-income clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop marketing strategies to reach middle-market clients.
  • Prospect and network to identify potential clients and build relationships.
  • Conduct sales and service appointments with clients to provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Market the Western & Southern Life brand at the local level and build community relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and payments for clients and the company.

Requirements:

  • High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • State Life and Health license and FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 certifications.
