Customer Service Specialist Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Service Experts. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls from customers, assist with call routing, and maintain good customer relations.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, or chat.
  • Account Management: Maintain customer records, update account information, and accurately dispositions calls in call monitoring software.
  • Dispatching: Assist with dispatching as needed and work with Sales and Service Coordinator to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience working in customer service or other customer-facing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
