Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PTO plans in the HRIS system
  • Execute bulk employee data imports into the HRIS system
  • Configure system settings for new client onboarding
  • Handle complex system uploads for new and existing clients
  • Provide training and support for new operations team members on HRIS platforms
  • Utilize reporting tools to analyze system performance
  • Act as escalation point for system configuration issues
  • Support the administration of Leaves of Absence paperwork and CRM case management
  • Maintain employee file audits and LMS platform administration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related capacity
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
  • Experience training others and process improvement
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary range is up to $65,000 based on experience.
