Prestige Employee Administrators seeks a skilled Client Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, process improvement, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot PTO plans in the HRIS system
- Execute bulk employee data imports into the HRIS system
- Configure system settings for new client onboarding
- Handle complex system uploads for new and existing clients
- Provide training and support for new operations team members on HRIS platforms
- Utilize reporting tools to analyze system performance
- Act as escalation point for system configuration issues
- Support the administration of Leaves of Absence paperwork and CRM case management
- Maintain employee file audits and LMS platform administration
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related capacity
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
- Experience training others and process improvement
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary range is up to $65,000 based on experience.
