Broker Relationship Manager

At Humana, we're committed to putting health first for our teammates, customers, and company. As a Broker Relationship Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, driving sales growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools, and build and maintain relationships with communities and medical providers
- High level of self-motivation and ability to accomplish goals independently
- Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Master's degree
- Veteran or veteran spouse preferred
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language (Chinese, Korean, or Spanish)
