Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Insurance Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to find success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, loves to learn, and is not afraid of a challenge. They must be able to stay well-managed and meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Learn our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually.
  2. Complete initial phone discovery to match clients with the best insurance solutions and present options via consultative appointment following our process.
  3. Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.
  4. Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
  5. Track progress and results by tracking activity and key metrics.
  6. Be willing to learn products and carriers, and our process to improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
  2. Extremely coachable and motivated.
  3. Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  5. Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  6. Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and the ability to work remotely.
