We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at Halifax Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient access to our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Utilize your expertise to schedule patient appointments and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient information.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management and Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements
