About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Volt. As a key member of our Customer Service Group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
