We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for accelerating the order intake process by accurately entering Purchase Orders and working with Shipping/Receiving to gather paperwork and test specimens.

You will also communicate with clients to resolve issues such as missing drawings or technical information to avoid delays in order intake. Additionally, you will maintain contact with outside processors and vendors to ensure delivery timelines are met and communicate any delays promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-first mindset, are essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of $17.25 - $24.00 per hour and benefits that include health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves.

This is a full-time opportunity with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start time. Overtime is available but voluntary.
