Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accelerating the order intake process by accurately entering Purchase Orders and collaborating with Shipping/Receiving teams.
  • Communicating with clients to resolve issues related to missing drawings or technical information.
  • Maintaining contact with outside processors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and prompt communication of any delays.
  • Returns samples to clients after testing, gathering, packing, shipping, and maintaining open communication.
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to orders and providing timely resolutions to complaints.
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers by providing accurate, complete information and solutions.
  • Assisting the Customer Service Group as needed and collaborating with other departments to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent (a college degree is preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry or test lab environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliability and dependability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
