Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the role of Sales Manager at Coverall North America, Inc., a leader in the commercial cleaning franchise industry. This position is essential for steering our sales team towards achieving and surpassing sales objectives while aligning with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop sales representatives to improve their selling capabilities.
  • Provide virtual support and training for appointment setters.
  • Analyze sales performance and predict market trends.
  • Efficiently manage sales reporting and administrative duties.
  • Recruit and onboard new sales personnel as necessary.
  • Conduct evaluations and performance reviews for team members.
  • Work collaboratively with management to ensure a smooth operational flow.
  • Offer strategic insights to maintain a consistent sales methodology.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.

Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in sales management, proficiency in consultative selling methods, experience managing hybrid and remote teams, outstanding communication and coaching abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and adherence to high ethical standards.
