Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily activities of clinical staff to guarantee that healthcare providers receive the necessary support for optimal clinic performance.
  • Lead and engage in initiatives aimed at improving team processes and patient care outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, including OSHA and Joint Commission requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support in managing patient care during urgent and emergency situations.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of training programs while enforcing policies and procedures in alignment with organizational leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN License in Minnesota.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience in either an ambulatory or inpatient care environment.
  • A minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting.
