Patient Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at M Health Fairview Rehabilitation Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduling functions, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Produce efficient and accurate schedules and associated reports
- Record and update schedule changes accurately, communicating changes to all involved staff
- Scans pertinent documents into the patient record
- Informs patients of unexpected changes in their scheduled appointment, offering alternative options
Requirements:
- Vocational/Technical training and/or Associate's degree
- 1+ years experience as a scheduler/administrative assistant in a healthcare setting
