Position Overview
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional OB/GYN services. The role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage incoming calls, retrieving messages from the answering service and directing them appropriately.
- Welcome patients and visitors, providing assistance and directing them as necessary.
- Communicate financial obligations to patients and accurately collect copayments.
- Handle registration tasks for both new and returning patients.
- Schedule appointments in accordance with established guidelines and finalize the previous day's patient schedules.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

- Offer support at various care centers as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and business demands.
