WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Play a vital role in supporting our properties and teams by representing us to residents, staff, and agency partners.

Assist in managing daily property operations, ensuring financial objectives and compliance standards are achieved.

Support our leasing team; conduct leasing and move-in activities as required.

Oversee our re-certification process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Conduct unit inspections to verify compliance with relevant program standards.

Utilize the property management system to manage all resident transactions.

Issue and deliver resident notifications as necessary – e.g., late payments, returned checks, etc.

Collect rents and supervise building staff as the manager-on-duty.

COMPENSATION
$28.00 / hour

with an annual performance-based bonus.

Qualifications:

You possess at least one year of experience in property management, with knowledge of HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs.
