In this position, you will work full-time with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings.

As a Resident Engagement Coordinator, you will:
  • Utilize your positive attitude, communication expertise, and creativity to enhance resident experiences.
  • Greet all visitors, including potential residents and vendors, with a warm smile and welcoming presence.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents and prospects via phone, email, and text.
  • Handle incoming calls to the property, ensuring accurate note-taking and information gathering.
  • Prepare apartments for daily showings and upcoming move-ins.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of buildings, amenities, and vacant units to maintain Cottonwood's quality standards, ensuring an exceptional welcome experience.
  • Be knowledgeable about pricing and availability of all apartment homes, ready to assist prospective renters with their questions.
  • Contribute to the planning of community events and assist with marketing initiatives.
  • Organize the package delivery area on a daily basis.
  • Maintain communication with community partners and vendor relationships.
  • Embark on a career path with opportunities for advancement into management roles.
