Role SummaryIn this role, you'll be part of Rivian's Technical Program Management team, responsible for driving hardware-related aspects for our Future Programs team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate consumer-level products, ensuring seamless validation and production processes.
Responsibilities- Lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from concept to production, managing critical workstreams and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program schedules, technical issues, design release management, and resource needs with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate progress and status with stakeholders and leadership, fostering strong relationships between teams.
- Identify and solve top program blockers, adapting lean processes to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, engineering, or similar cross-functional roles.
- Track record of taking consumer electronics, vehicles, or similar hardware devices from concept to launch.
- Experience managing design releases, validation test plans, build execution, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency with program management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheets, Agile/Arena).
