Job Title: Independent Sales Representative

Stine Seed Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and customers, while also driving sales growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals
  • Work closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and agronomic expertise
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers
  • Ability to understand and meet the needs and values of customers
