Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at IWorQ Systems. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and setting up meetings to demonstrate the benefits of our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of calls to potential prospects to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our software and its applications to effectively communicate its value to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings to provide informed and effective sales support
  • Utilize our CRM system (Pipedrive) to accurately track and record all sales and prospecting activities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
  • CRM experience is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive base pay: $15-$17 per hour
  • Demo set bonus: $10-$20 per demo completed with proposal sent
  • Demo to close bonus: 7% commission on Annual Recurring Fee
