Position Overview

In this role, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care within our Employee Health services at our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the medical field, strong analytical skills, acute diagnostic capabilities, and a readiness to embrace our distinctive practice model. This position is particularly suited for individuals with backgrounds in family medicine, emergency care, or urgent care.

Key Responsibilities:

The qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will undertake the following duties:

  • Conduct CDL examinations
  • Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions
  • Prescribe necessary medications and treatment plans
  • Perform thorough physical assessments of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management protocols
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities
  • Collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine (preferred)
  • Adeptness in building rapport with patients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset

Education and Certification Requirements:

The candidate must hold:

  • A valid WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (mandatory)
  • BLS/ACLS Certification (mandatory)

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $145,000 annually
