Position Overview

In this role, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care within our Employee Health services at our clinic. We seek individuals who possess a passion for medicine, strong analytical skills, and acute diagnostic capabilities, along with a readiness to adapt to our distinctive practice model. This position is ideally suited for professionals with backgrounds in family medicine, emergency care, or urgent care.

Key Responsibilities:

The qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will:

  • Conduct CDL examinations
  • Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions
  • Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform thorough physical assessments of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management protocols
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities
  • Collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine (preferred)
  • A strong ability to connect with patients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative team spirit

Education and Certification Requirements:

The candidate must hold:

  • A valid WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (mandatory)
  • BLS/ACLS Certification (mandatory)

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $145,000 annually
