About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents, prioritizing their physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Monitor and document resident care according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Administer medications as directed, maintain the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current LPN or LVN license, valid per state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
