Position Overview:
The Memory Care Director is a pivotal leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the memory care services provided to residents. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with memory impairments through tailored programming and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the health and psychosocial needs of residents, contributing to the creation of personalized service plans.
  • Supervise and mentor memory care team members, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Design and implement engaging memory care activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Manage operational budgets effectively to optimize resources while maintaining quality care.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a memory care environment, with relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred, along with a background in leading activities for senior residents.
