Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Southeast Primary Care Partners. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, developing long-term relationships with patients, and promoting health and wellness through education and preventive care advice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized healthcare programs for patients based on their medical history and needs
- Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and medical procedures as needed
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to promote continuity of care and improve patient outcomes
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Current State of Georgia license in good standing
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- Experience working in a managed care environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
