Job Summary

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Ohio Center for Pediatrics office in Dublin, OH. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care to our patients, working closely with our clinical care team to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including vital sign measurement, specimen collection, and administration of injections and medications.
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the highest quality of care and promoting patient satisfaction.
  • Assist with routine medical procedures, such as setting up medical equipment and preparing patients for exams.
  • Communicate test results to patients and respond to patient phone calls, as needed.
  • Participate in patient education and provide support with related educational tools and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • MA certification a plus.
  • Self-disciplined, energetic, and passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and react calmly in emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and vaccine administration.
