Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the clinical care team to deliver high-quality patient care and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to address gaps in care, promote improved clinical outcomes, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Act as a patient advocate to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
  • Perform routine medical procedures, administer injections, and collect specimens as applicable.
  • Interview patients regarding medical concerns and obtain medical history.
  • Measure and record vital signs, review physician orders, and communicate test results to patients as directed.
  • Assist with patient education, complete forms and paperwork, and respond to patient phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • MA certification and knowledge of vaccine administration, storage, handling, and documentation are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-disciplined, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
