About the Role:

K1 is a leading private equity investor seeking a talented Business Development Analyst to join our team in Manhattan Beach, CA. As a key member of our expanding team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and building relationships with executives at exceptional companies that align with our investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and drive relationships with executives across various vertical and horizontal technologies to identify new flagship investments in B2B software.
  • Manage and drive strategic M&A opportunities for existing portfolio companies, leveraging your analytical and communication skills to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute on investment theses within enterprise software, conducting proprietary market research to inform our investment decisions.
  • Expand K1's relationship network with key industry contacts, fostering a strong reputation for our firm.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by our leadership team.
