Job Overview:
This role is essential in leading field operations within the tree service industry, ensuring that all activities align with the company's core values and strategic goals. The Field Operations Supervisor will be responsible for fostering a safe and productive work environment while meeting client expectations through a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Safety Leadership:** Cultivate a safety-first culture by modeling safe practices, facilitating training, and ensuring all team members understand safety protocols.
2. **Customer Service Excellence:** Act as a representative of the organization, addressing customer needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
3. **Workforce Development:** Attract, develop, and retain skilled employees by assessing their capabilities and providing growth opportunities.
4. **Resource Management:** Ensure the workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties effectively.
5. **Performance Management:** Address performance issues and support employee well-being through available resources.
6. **Administrative Duties:** Oversee payroll, billing, and corporate compliance by managing documentation and reporting accurately.
7. **Incident Management:** Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring thorough investigations and corrective actions are taken.
8. **Project Oversight:** Monitor project efficiency by setting clear expectations, planning, and resource allocation.
9. **Environmental Compliance:** Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices on job sites.
10. **Financial Oversight:** Audit work sites to identify areas for improvement and manage resource allocation effectively.
11. **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and responsiveness.
12. **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to assess and improve safety, quality, and efficiency through regular field visits and inspections.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the tree service industry in a supervisory role.
- Preferred certifications include ISA certification, herbicide license, and CDL.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and operational methods in the tree service sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
