The Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Brilliant Earth, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, using your product knowledge and sales strategies to make recommendations and drive sales.

**Estimated Salary:** $23/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, creating personalized experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones, attaining individual revenue targets while providing a luxury customer experience reflective of our high-quality products.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating memorable one-on-one customer experiences.
