Customer Experience Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer homes to perform maintenance and repairs using company vehicles
- Conduct technical diagnoses and perform specialized repairs on various electronics and home appliances
- Process paperwork and data entry upon completion of each job with accuracy
- Meet or exceed company metrics for service quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technician role
- Experience repairing major appliances such as refrigeration systems, ovens, dishwashers, washer and dryer units, and AC Units
- Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair, and document product/system issues
- Valid Driver's license in good standing (No DUI's within last 7 years)
- Willingness to obtain appropriate EPA Certification
