Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Customer Experience Specialists to join our team at Leap. Our boutique in Georgetown is looking for dynamic individuals who can provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create positive experiences for customers, building brand loyalty through excellent sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Assist with store maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects our brand values.
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Model flexibility by being available to work varied hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with other brands under the Leap umbrella for new store openings and activations.
  • Embrace learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies, systems, and apps, preferably with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office.

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old and one or more years of clienteling experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry, watches, handbags, or bridal.
  • Ability to work with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
  • Maintain an active floor presence, standing and walking for extended periods.
